You are invited to participate in the Here-and-Now, and learn methods to remain Present in the Moment. Practicing Mindfulness reduces the stress caused by obsessing about the past and future.
GUIDED MEDITATION & RELAXATION
Feel free to give yourself permission to engage in Guided Meditations to release fear, negativity, and other things you don't need. In session and recorded meditations are provided to aid in relaxation.
SMALL GROUP THERAPY FOR DEPRESSION & ANXIETY
